We embarked on our beloved home sale journey with our sights set high on making a healthy profit, along with some anxiety and trepidation for what may lie ahead. Upon our initial meeting with Aly and Jayne, we felt their calming reassurance and care as we considered taking the leap of selling our first Australian family home. They took time to understand our situation and reassured us of our many questions and concerns. When we asked for time to consider our next steps, they respected us and gave us room to mull over our decision.
Once we were ready to take the plunge, Aly and Jayne took us through all necessary steps with clarity and speed. Within less than a week they had arranged and conducted a flawless photoshoot and had our property up on the market at a carefully considered price point. They kept us informed every step of the way, and our first (and only) viewing was promptly arranged within 5 days of advertising. We had a dream figure in mind and just 3 hours after the viewing we received a very exciting call from delightful Aly and Jayne with a stream of offers which had come through and a secure sale at well over and above our expectation. We were beyond ecstatic at what they achieved for us and "signed on the dotted line" the following morning.
The process of the sale was completely seamless and it was a joyful moment to hand over the keys. Aly and Jayne also managed a 24 hour delay in the bank signing off the transfer with a calm and professional approach and again kept us informed every step of the way.

Nick was just an absolute gentleman. From our first encounter where I was looking at the property he offered to wait (for almost a full hour!) while I went to get my husband and children so that they could also see the house as the auction was that weekend. When we returned there was no pressure to rush through or to even buy on the day. Nick has gone above and beyond to ensure the smooth transition into the house and if we ever sell it, it will be with Nick. An absolute pleasure!
