I'm usually sceptical about Real Estate agents and what they can do for me and my interests, however, I have had the most positive experience with Nicole and it proved that there are exceptions!It was obvious from our initial interactions to the finalising of the sale that she wanted both buyer and seller to be happy (and indeed we both were).If I ever sell this property, it is without question that I would do so with Nicole as my representation. I have no hesitation in recommending her and I just hope she is available when you call!
When it came to selling our home, there was only one person we wanted to use, and that was Nicole. Nicole has a great understanding of the Gold Coast, and in particular the TSS precinct of Southport, which made selling our house an easy transaction. Thoughout the whole process, Nicole was more friend than agent, which made the whole process so much easier on our family.
